“It's down-to-earth, to the point and often very funny. Each of these can be pretty rare in the holier-than-thou world of personal development. Put 'em together and you've got dynamite.

It helps the reader (or listener, the choice is yours, which is refreshing!) to cement change into their lives as a simple, ongoing process, based on 11 principles. Goodbye "post-seminar slumps" and hello constant, simple, sustainable change... Yes, the very thing I bash on about... again and again.

The points may be simple, but they're profound, and very clearly the distillation of a lifetime of experience, rather than something a guru who has thrown something together to make a bit of cash. (Actually, just what a lifetime is a pretty good talking point in itself...How many people do you know who've made serious suicide attempts and then gone on to "make it" on all fronts during the rest of their lives? The author of these principles, Mike Kemski, truly has. )
